MOUNTAIN SPLOPED CLUSTERS, EFRAT

The stepped cluster designed creates the impression of a typical mountain village, and enables orientation in all four directions. Diagonal pathways – linking the two roads allow for private access to the dwellings. Each path serves 12 to 14 units, and creates a small residential cluster.
